Your top five books, here are mine

NPR recently posted a list of the top 100 Sci-fi/Fantasy books as voted on by it's listeners. The list is technically more than 100 books as some items contain multiple books. For example, the Lord of the Rings trilogy is number one. I thought it would be interesting to see what YOU'D put on the list if you had the chance and I'm going to do the same. Here goes...

1) Battlefield Earth - L. Ron Hubbard
2) The Pendragon Cycle - Stephen R. Lawhead
3) Saga of the Pliocene Exile - Julian May
4) Incarnations of Immortality series - Piers Anthony
5) Crystal Singer - Anne McAffrey

Those are just some of the books I'd add to that list if I had the chance. I realize not every book can be in the top 100, and in fact there are some books in their list that I don't feel belong there. I'll just keep reading until I can't any more. To quote Ray Camden: "I can't die, I've got too many good books to read."
